Eric Maggiori is a journalist, author and collector whose work has focused on heritage clothing and its history for more than a decade.
He founded AVANT in 2018 to document the stories behind the garments, brands and cultures that shaped modern style.
Today, AVANT is expanding that perspective beyond the wardrobe — into the places, objects, craftsmanship and traditions that shape how we live.
